报告人简介：
韩江萍，博士，中国科学技术大学博士后研究员。2016年毕业于中国科学技术大学电子信息与通信工程系，获得电子信息工程专业学士学位；2021年毕业于中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系，获得信息与通信工程专业博士学位。2019年10月至2021年9月，在国家留学基金委资助下，以访问学者身份赴美国亚利桑那州立大学进行交流访问。主要从事未来网络体系架构和传输优化方面的研究，研究内容包括多路径传输协议优化、数据中心网络中传输协议设计以及新型网络架构等。发表论文30余篇，授权专利3项，曾获得MSN 2017最佳论文奖，受邀担任IEEE Communications Magazine、IEEE TWC、IEEE TNSM、IEEE TVT、IEEE Network、China Communications等多个SCI期刊和IWQoS、Globecom等知名国际学术会议审稿人。
Abstract:
Network transmission serves as the cornerstone of information technology systems and, in a broader context, lays the foundation for the technological advancement of the Internet of computing. As networks continue to evolve and demand increases, network transmission performance needs to be continuously improved to meet the requirements of evolving transmission. This presentation begins by introducing the background and significance of Internet transmission. We offer a detailed discussion of transmission protocols' design principles and objectives in diverse network environments, emphasizing the critical aspects of high performance, low latency, and reliable network transmission. The analysis delves into the enhancement of network transmission efficiency through protocol design and algorithm optimization.
