报告人简介：

韩江萍，博士，中国科学技术大学特任副研究员。2016年毕业于中国科学技术大学电子信息与通信工程系，获得电子信息工程专业学士学位；2021年毕业于中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系，获得信息与通信工程专业博士学位。2019年10月至2021年9月，在国家留学基金委资助下，以访问学者身份赴美国亚利桑那州立大学进行交流访问。主要从事未来网络体系架构和传输优化方面的研究。发表论文40余篇，授权专利8项，曾获得MSN 2017最佳论文奖，受邀担任IEEE Communications Magazine、IEEE TWC、IEEE ToN、IEEE TVT等多个SCI期刊和IWQoS、Globecom等知名国际学术会议审稿人。

摘要：

The integration of networking and intelligence is a trend in the development of information technology. Network transmission is the basis of information technology system, and in a broader sense, it provides the infrastructure for the technological development of the Internet of Everything. As networks continue to evolve and demand increases, network transmission performance needs to be continuously improved to meet new transmission requirements.

This speech will focus on the modeling and optimization of network transmission. The challenges and opportunities of end-to-end transmission optimization are discussed in terms of multi-path transmission protocols, heterogeneous network modeling optimization, intelligent design, optimization, and control. The applications of network transmission optimization in the Internet and datacenters are introduced and analyzed.
